The Member Directory is available for IIA chapter members only. IIA member ID and Password is needed to access the directory files.

To change your membership profile online, use the Update Profile page located on the IIA website. You can update your personal and business information, mailing preferences, change your password, and more. You will need your current IIA Member Number and password to access this section.

For questions regarding your login, please send an e-mail to the IIA Customer Service or call them at 1-407-937-1100. They will also be able to assist you with updating your membership data.
